He was a visiting fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at Oxford University for the 2015 Michaelmas and 2016 Hilary terms, sponsored by the Thompson Reuters Foundation.

Kendall Hutt is an Honours degree journalism graduate at AUT and is now contributing editor of the Pacific Media Watch freedom project.

Kendall Hutt graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Studies in 2016, and with an Honours degree the following year. She is now contributing editor of the Pacific Media Watch freedom project. She says:

"My interest in the Asia-Pacific region was first sparked working on a story exploring the issue of media freedom in the Pacific in the final year of my journalism major.

Chelsea Armitage is a student journalist on the 2015 Asia-Pacific Journalism Studies paper.

She graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Communication Studies from AUT and won won awards for excellence in magazine journalism and being the highest achieving journalism student.

Chelsea spent the first half of this year studying television and foreign reporting in Denmark as part of the Inclusive Journalism Initiative, and is now completing the remaining semester of her honours year.

She is of Danish origin and is currently on the Inclusive Journalism Initiative at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand.

When Brock isn’t on exchange on the other side of the world, she lives in Copenhagen and is six months short of having a journalism degree from the Danish School of Media and Journalism. She began her studies in 2012.
